ROSE

Set in the heart of Grey Lynn, 40 Rose Road is our latest project, a thoughtful and complete heritage restoration of an iconic 1890’s railway villa (later converted to a mechanical workshop). The development includes significant renovations and extension to the original home, the removal of a minor dwelling, and the addition of an off-street carpark and redefined outdoor living spaces. Planned for completion and sale in mid-2026, Rose Road represents a benchmark project for The Bridge, a property to be rooted in craftsmanship and design integrity.
